Step 1: Create Your Account
Go to operator.tryzuru.com/signup and create your free Zuru account. You can get started on the Basic plan at no cost, with no credit card required.
Step 2: Complete Your Onboarding
Once you have signed in for the first time, Zuru will guide you through a short onboarding process where you fill in basic information about your business.
We strongly recommend completing every section of the onboarding as thoroughly as possible. This includes:
Your business name and contact details
Your logo
A description of your business
Your social media links
The reason this matters is that the information you enter during onboarding is used to build your personal Operator Page, which is your own branded booking website on Zuru. The more complete your profile, the more professional your operator page will look to potential customers from day one.
You can update this information at any time from your dashboard settings.
Step 3: Connect Peach Payments
Before you can accept paid bookings, you need to connect a Peach Payments account to your Zuru dashboard.
Zuru uses Peach Payments as its payment gateway. When a customer books and pays for one of your experiences, the payment is processed by Peach Payments and deposited directly into your bank account. Zuru does not hold your funds.
To get set up, you will need to apply for a Peach Payments merchant account. Once your application is approved, you connect it to Zuru in a few clicks from your dashboard.

What Happens Next
Once your account is set up and Peach Payments is connected, your experiences will go live on the Zuru Marketplace and on your operator page automatically. You will be ready to take bookings, send quotes, and manage your calendar from your Zuru dashboard.
If you run into any issues during setup, reach out to the Zuru support team via the support portal or submit a ticket.
