How to Get Your Tour Experiences Listed on the Zuru Marketplace

Listing your experiences is completely free and Zuru charges no commission on marketplace bookings, regardless of which Zuru plan you are on.

How the Marketplace Listing Works

Every experience you create in the Zuru operator app will automatically appear on the Zuru Marketplace once you connect your Peach Payments account. You do not need to create separate listings or manage the marketplace independently. The two stay in sync, so any changes you make to an experience in your operator app are reflected on the marketplace right away.

The reason payment setup is required before your experiences go live is simple. Every experience on the Zuru Marketplace needs to be bookable from the moment a customer finds it. Connecting Peach Payments is what makes that possible.

Steps

1. Create your Zuru operator account

If you have not already, sign up for a free account at operator.tryzuru.com. You can start on any plan, including the free Basic plan.

2. Add your experiences in the operator app

Build out your tours and activities inside the Zuru operator app. Add your photos, descriptions, pricing, availability, and any other details you want customers to see. Your experiences do not need to be perfect before you move to the next step, you can always update them later.

3. Apply for a Peach Payments account

Peach Payments is the payment gateway that powers checkout on the Zuru Marketplace. You will need to apply directly with Peach Payments to get your account approved. This is a one-time process.

4. Connect your Peach Payments credentials in Zuru

Once your Peach Payments account is approved, go to your Zuru dashboard and enter your credentials to connect the two accounts. This is a one-time setup.

5. Your experiences go live automatically

As soon as your payment gateway is connected, your experiences appear on the Zuru Marketplace and are ready to accept bookings. No extra steps needed.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

Zuru does not charge commission on bookings that come through the marketplace. The price your customer pays is the price you set. This applies to every operator on every plan.

If you add new experiences after your payment gateway is already connected, those experiences will sync to the marketplace automatically as well.
