Step 2: Go to the Experiences tab to start creating and managing activities.

You can create both timed activities and multi-day tours. Track and manage your bookings, see all confirmed bookings, and communicate directly with your customers from here.

Step 3: Click on an existing activity to view its details or to edit.

Here, you can add a description, photo gallery, information about what's included and not included, and the detailed itinerary for each day for multiday tours.

Remember, every new activity you create is automatically listed on the Zuru marketplace for greater visibility and more bookings.

Bookings and Communication

Step 4: Use the Booking Reservation Center to oversee booking issues. This includes managing payments for expired bookings and processing refunds if needed.

Team and Profile Management

Step 5: Head to the Team Members section to add and manage team members. Assign roles and permissions easily.

Step 6: Go to Payment Settings to configure how you receive payments from bookings.

Step 7: Personalize your brand by updating your auto operator profile in the Profile Branding section.

Step 8: Review your Business Profile for a summarized view of your operations and important stats.
