How to Build a Multi-Day Tour Using Zuru's Drag-and-Drop Itinerary Builder

A Tour on Zuru is for experiences that run over multiple days, like a safari, a road trip, or a guided expedition with accommodation and transport included. Zuru gives you a drag-and-drop itinerary builder so you can put the full journey together day by day and present it as a complete packaged experience on the Zuru Marketplace and your Operator Page.
Steps
1. Go to your Experiences dashboard
Log in at operator.tryzuru.com and open your Experiences dashboard.
2. Create a new experience and select Tour
Click to create a new experience and choose Tour as the type.
3. Add your tour details
Fill in the tour name, description, photos, and the overall duration in days. Give customers a clear picture of what the experience involves. Mention destinations, highlights, and what makes the trip worth booking.
4. Set your pricing
Add the price per person for the full tour. If you offer different pricing categories, such as single occupancy or group rates, set those up here.
5. Build your itinerary day by day
Use the drag-and-drop itinerary builder to lay out what happens on each day of the tour. Add a title and description for each day, and include the activities, stops, and locations that make up that part of the journey. You can reorder days by dragging them into a different position, which makes it easy to adjust the flow without starting over.
6. Add accommodation and transport
For each day or leg of the trip, you can include accommodation details and any transport arrangements that are part of the tour. This gives customers a full picture of what is included and helps set expectations before they book.
7. Set departure dates and availability
Add the dates when your tour is available for booking. Unlike Activities, Tours typically have specific departure dates rather than repeating daily time slots. Set each departure date and the capacity for that departure.
8. Add your meeting point
Include the starting point of the tour with directions so customers know where and when to arrive on day one.
9. Publish your Tour
Once your itinerary is complete, publish the Tour. If Peach Payments is connected, it goes live on the marketplace and your Operator Page right away.
