Once you connect your Peach Payments account to Zuru, your experiences go live on the Zuru Marketplace automatically. There is no waiting period on Zuru's side. The only part that takes time is getting your Peach Payments account approved, and that is handled entirely by Peach Payments.

The Two Stages

Setting up on Zuru

Creating your operator account and adding your experiences to the Zuru operator app can be done in a single session. There is no review or approval process on Zuru's side. Your experiences sit ready in your dashboard and the moment your payment credentials are connected, they go live.

Getting approved by Peach Payments

The approval timeline depends on how quickly Peach Payments reviews your application and how soon you provide the required documents. As part of the process, you will need to submit proof of registration as a tour operator, such as a tour guide certificate or membership with a recognised tourism body like SATSA in South Africa. Having these documents ready when you apply will speed things up.

Once Peach Payments activates your account and you enter your credentials in Zuru, your experiences appear on the marketplace right away.

What to Do While You Wait

Use the time to get your experiences looking their best. Add clear photos, write descriptions that tell customers exactly what to expect, set your pricing, and fill in the meeting point details. The stronger your listings are on day one, the better your chances of converting your first visitors into bookings.
