What Is the Zuru Marketplace?

The Zuru Marketplace is where experiences created by tour operators on the Zuru platform get in front of customers. When an operator builds a tour or activity in Zuru and connects their payments, it goes live on the marketplace automatically. You can find it at marketplace.tryzuru.com.

As a customer, you do not need an account or an invite to browse. Anyone can visit the marketplace, search for experiences, and book directly.

What kinds of experiences can I find?

The marketplace lists a wide range of experiences from operators across South Africa and Kenya. You will find day tours, multi-day safaris, boat trips, wine farm visits, museum entry, adventure activities, and more. Each listing shows the price per person, how long the experience lasts, where you meet, and which dates have availability.

How does booking work?

When you find an experience you like, you pick your date from a live availability calendar, choose how many guests are in your group, and pay at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Peach Payments and your booking is confirmed instantly. There is no need to email the operator or wait for someone to get back to you.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit or debit card, bank transfer (EFT), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or through buy now, pay later options. The marketplace also supports multiple currencies including ZAR, USD, GBP, and EUR.
